Acura just now is showing the rear 3/4 view of the Integra and said it will be a 5 dr Sports Sedan. It is a hatchback, but, looks pretty
good so far.

 

Would've loved to see a coupe but at least a hatch also fits nicely in their lineup. Could be it's own platform to, render doesn't really look like just a rebadged Civic and hopefully SH-AWD is available.

 

I too got the "the all-new Integra is coming soon" email from Acura.

What I can't figure-out is why it looks like a sedan. I mean, it's been a while but didn't the (USA) Integra usually have 2-doors ... like a sporty-little coupe with a back-seat.

They have the SUVs, the new TLX is a sedan. Really Acura? Your only 2-door or coupe-like car is still a NSX (with super-car pricing). Seems like a lost opportunity to me.

 

coupes don't sell anymore, Civic Coupe gone, Accord Coupe, gone, Subaru SVX... gone.

Renders by some guy with a computer somewhere, would need a better rear bumper, but I don't think all they did for the front was to change the headlight.

Well it's just a render done by some guy, the only part that is official is the parts he used from the Acura press release images. So hopefully it looks better than that. They said Hybrid, so I'm hoping for RLX Sport Hybrid tech that would boost power and performance while keeping it closer in size to the TSX

So, at least two of us think a USA selling car named Integra ... should be a coupe.
