I recently purchased an interior lighting kit that is plugged into the car's power outlet socket, and today I decided to install it and went to plug it in, and the lights did not turn on. I checked the batteries on the remote and everything else seemed fine, I figured the product may be faulty but when I plugged it into a for fusion, it worked! So I am wondering what am I supposed to do to fix this, is there a fuse diagram that allows me to change the fuse or is it something out of my control?

 

Is coming going to the power socket? When the car is off, the power is off.
