Is there specific fuse for this?

I am not getting power to this wire; is there any fuse that I have to check? The upper section of the defroster grid lines doesn't work and I think it's because of this wire connector that's not getting the power. Please help!

I checked the fuse under the hood and it's fine. As I tried to turn the defroster on and checked the current in the bottom grid lines and there was not current. So, the fuse is good.
@assclown where's is this located? I checked both the driver side and passenger side fuse panels and there's nothing labelled related to defroster.

The #16, that Assclown was referring to, is a relay, not a fuse.

Is that the ground wire? If the lower half is working but the upper half isnt id look for a break in the defroster line near where the defroster stops.

If I trace the grid lines; upper grid lines have separate power source compared to bottom grid lines. The bottom ones are getting power from the sides.

Those upper grid lines, top 3 on pass. side, top 5 on driver's side, are the radio antenna. They're not supposed to have power or ground, just continuity to the connector in your picture.
