Just leased a 2022 ILX Premium, Steel Metallic with Espresso interior. My wife is driver 1 and I use the driver 2 fob. My problem is when using the driver 2 fob, I’m unable to set presets in Sirius radio. When I tune to a station and then hold the preset the station does not save. My other problem is using the turn by turn in the center of the instruments , I have an iPhone 12 and Apple Car Play, it constantly says “waiting for phone “ or something to that effect.

 

I don't see how the phone is involved here. Try unpairing your phone(s) and then set your presets.
