Redid the backyard...

Before...

there used to be a pool in this space... and the old wire fence was starting to rust and the weeds were starting to grow into the fence... so fence removed... took about a day

After...
put up a vinyl fence... took about 2 days... was a pain to dig those 7 holes... especially with the old post in the corner... but was worth it...

and then the pavers... also took about 2 days of work...

it is like night and day... well worth it..

Holy cr@p what a difference! I'm liking the look of the white fence with those pavers a lot. Did you ever do brick work like that before because it looks like it was done by a pro?

Great work! I second the comment on your paver work. Looks tight, straight and flat.

thanks guys.. it was my first time but my uncle did his back yard and helped supervise... let me just say i had fun working the pummel pack machine for the pavers... jumps all over the place... i give lots of credit to those who do it for a living... back was killing.. and it seemed like it was level, lay, level... pry it back up... fix... lolz..

anyone know where i can get those solar landscaping lights to put around the edge??? i looked on ebay... and i wasn't sure if the stainless steel was worth it... or just go with black plastic ones???

You can get solar lights pretty much anywhere. I'd just go to Lowes or Home Depot. And go stainless. More durable.

However, they don't give off any light. I had them and didn't really like them. I ended up installing low voltage lighting and I really enjoy the look.

We had them in our last place and they were more for decoration then function b/c they give off very little light. We did low voltage lighting in this place...

But holy crap Kamlung... it doesn't even look like the same space. Great work and it looks awesome!!
