New Bedroom Paint

So I had a week off for the first time in a long time. Even with bronchitis, I couldn't waste my time. So I decided to finally paint my room since I moved.
Before (grey walls and awful mint molding)

After:
Glidden Paint done in 2 tone to make the room look taller and I admit it does. From floor to ceiling it goes from green-light green-cream- white ceiling
-Main Color: Main Street USA
-2nd color: Moss Mist
-Trim: Lacey Corsage
Still waiting for new bed linens, curtains, and shelf brackets to come in.

Painting I took the colors from:

Besides painting/shelves/etc my favorite new part of the room

Looks nice. A big improvement to the room.. I personally hate painting, but love the results when it's done correctly.

I love painting. My last house I started painting and then just forgot to finish lol. So this I wanted to do all in one. I highly recommend doing 18 inches from the molding down in a lighter shade than what 2/3 of the wall is painted in. I really didnt think much of this technique but it really does make the room look much taller. Need help painting?

My powerbook just started to make this awful grinding noise. Then it made a face at me lol. It turned to a grey screen then flashed a question mark then the mac face at me. I couldnt get it to shut down or start up. Yesterday I was able to pull some info from the hard drive. I have no patience to try to fix it so I just went out and bought the 20" iMac. I loved having a laptop but I really only leave it on my desk anyway, so instead of buying a macbook pro, I figured just save about a grand and get the desk top.

I'm going to take my powerbook to the Major Mac store and have them store it then I'll sell it.

Can we see a close-up of your line? - looks great in the picture. Sometimes it can bleed through the tape. I read somewhere that you can put a small amount of latex caulk over the tape edges to prevent the paint seeping under tape. Not sure how that works tho - one of those things to try in a place no one will see if it does not work.

I like that look you did...pretty neat....different - good different.

Sure I'll get a close up in a bit. The line is pretty much perfect and completely level. I used an 18" ruler to measure down from the ceiling. In spots where my markings werent totally in line with other markings due to ceiling/wall unevenness, I just averaged the 2 markings out.
Painted the dark color first putting tape on the line ABOVE the 18" marks. Let it dry and then put tape BELOW the 18" mark to do the light color
