So I have this 'Calphalon' pot rack that is supposed to mount in the ceiling, and reading the instructions with the pot rack it says to get it professionaly installed. I figure what the hell if I can work on the car, why shouldn't I be able to install a dumb pot rack.

Now where do I start? It's probably going to need to be secured somehow to the celing in the kitchen right above the island, yet I haven't a clue on how to begin. Can someone give me some pointers and possibly somewhat step by step to get this thing mounted?
