Don't put too much faith in metabolism.......It's about as faithful as Scott in a strip joint.....

I'm 5'3", last time I was at the doc's office I weighed in at 155, but I was PMSing so I'd say I'm probably 150 in real life.

My measurements are 39-29-36. I'm a dress size 8, pants size 10. When sitting, my ass is about 5 inches wider than a legal pad is long. (I don't have a ruler so you'll have to guess how wide that is).

A typical day for me is two blueberry muffins, an ounce of honey roasted peanuts, three 20 ounce cherry cokes, a bowl of soup, two chocolate chip cookies, and either two slices of pizza, two popeye's biscuits, or a quarter pounder and half of a medium order of fries; plus my pothead snacks, which range from a tube of ritz crackers to two large bowls of honey nut chex without milk. Or once in a while, three slices of cheesecake. Not joking.

I haven't gained weight on this "diet" but I sure as hell haven't lost any, either. It is time to change my ways. I shouldn't be eating like a retarded college kid anymore.

Oh yeah, and I smoke between 10 and 15 cigarettes per day, and about 1/4 gram of pot each night.
worst diet EVA.

Start out by giving up the stuff in bold, it should be easy. Replace the cokes with OJ, stop taking TWO of everything.

I dare you to give up the cigarettes and the pot.

Okay I gave into the caffeine addiction, but I bought diet instead of regular, so that's that. So far I've had one blueberry muffin, 1/2 ounce of peanuts, 1/2 of a roast beef sub (provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, wheat bread), about a gallon of water and a diet coke. Better?

(b) no peanuts
(c) no sub
(d) 2 gallons of water
(e) a raisin for dinner
(f) a laxative

Honestly, I am kinda worried about that. We tried going on the south beach diet together a couple summers ago, and I nearly died, haha. I was actually hospitalized with severe low blood sugar; my doc told me that since I've been drinking so much soda for so long, my body is used to having that straight shot of sugar every day, and so I should cut that out slowly, rather than cold turkey the way the SBD wants you to go.

But anyway, before the hospitalization I was just a super huge bitch all the time. FWIW, Scott lost like 50 pounds during that time (while I wasn't losing anything) and while I was really jealous, I wasn't pissed at him, per se. I probably bitched at him though. Luckily, right now I'm still living with the 'rents and they don't take shit from me, so I will have to tone my moodiness down.

Oh, and I'm on killer anti-depressants, anyway.

Really, my breakfast is usually one bowl of total raisin bran, oatmeal raisin crisp, or blueberry morning.

1 blueberry muffin is pretty crappy for you. let alone 2.

Sounds good if you get rid of the diet coke.

By the way, you all would be proud of me. Not only did I eat a cookie with the wifey last night, it wasn't even the weekend.

Yeah, like I said, I only came to this realization last night, so I hadn't had time to amass any decent food before I had to eat this morning. But I did cut out the second muffin!

And I opted for the sub instead of the swedish meatballs and red potatoes the cafeteria is serving today. And I only ate half of it! So that's like, maybe 3" of subby goodness.

Muffins are really the devil - Have cereal with skim milk instead.

You're an active guy, who should be able to eat as much as you want as long as you throw up afterwards.

Cereal+milk= I hate when dry foods get wet. That's a serious pet peeve of mine. No cereal with milk. Maybe I'll drink the milk? Or just save on the calories and eat the cereal dry? Which option is better?

Well yeah, but then the muffin mix is baked dry... let me rephrase... I hate it when dry foods get SOGGY. I.e. chips soaked in dip, cereal in milk, mayo on bread, etc.

It all reverts back to my fear of saliva... it's like, soggy food items feel like they have already been in someone's mouth. Something gross must have happened to me as a child, I guess.

Now, of course, foods that are SUPPOSED to be squishy, like pasta and soup and stuff, that's fine. It's just DRY foods that get wet that bother me.

I'm VERY PICKY. VERY.

Believe me, I am in no situation to tell you how to eat. People will figure it out without the help of idiots on the Internet like myself.....
