That's the truth. I'll try and dig up the picture but there's a certain well known one that went to Vegas with us one year. I'll keep it acurazine appropriate but let's just say she got a little too close to me and it nearly knocked the wind out of me. Found out later from her friend that she most certainly did have a few of them.

Total of 29lb down since Jan4. Physical is on Friday morning.

My blood pressure has also been consistently much lower than before.

At the time of start, I was consistently around 160/90, 150/80, I am now at 130/70, 130/65

I don't think I'm going to have to go on meds...doc said if it doesn't go down with weight loss, I'm getting put on pills...too young for that.

went to the rodeo on wed. fair food is horrible!
friday, I binged drank.... $.50 12oz beers at the horse track....

I still feel like shit, but bout to head to the gym.

Almost forgot, I got a few amateur boxing offers. Since looks just isn't enough to get motivated, the looks part should take care of itself with the training. My shoulders and neck are already hurting from the thought, it's been over 5 years since I did any sort of training like that. I'm going to be small for a heavyweight since most are 260lbs and up but most are carrying 60lbs in their bellies at this level lol. As long as they don't sit on me I should be ok.

After seeing Butterbean knock a few heads off, I'll never underestimate a boxer with a big belly. Even when Larry Holmes and George Foreman were overweight, they still had knockout power in the 10th. Only a couple months until the wedding, trying to stay focused.

I went to the doc on Friday for my physical (new insurance policy).

I went to the doc Dec 21st and started my diet Jan 4th, here are the results:

Dec 21:
263lb
167 cholesterol
798 triglycerides
154/94 blood pressure

Mar 18:
233lb
107 cholesterol
(still waiting on triglycerides)
120/74 blood pressure

Thanks!

I celebrated this weekend but back in the gym tomorrow. I'd like to get down to 210-220, that will give me a very good healthy weight (I'm 6'4)

I asked if they messed up with someone else's blood work.

I'm amazed that it could change in such a short amount of time.

I still drank on weekends and ate kind of bad on weekends as well, just really watched what I eat during the week.

Me too, my weekends are the times its really hard to stay on target food wise.

My last Dr appt the nurse was concerned with the amount of weight i lost till i told her i knew about it because i started eating better and working out. MY BP was lower too, even with a 5hr energy in me and having worked out for over a hr 30 min prior. Keep up the good work

Since my family is of asian descent, we eat rice with most of our meals.
I've cut the rice, and with a little bit of cardio have dropped from 170 to 162.

I've decided to change my goals, as I saw eating big and lifting big didnt get me where I wanted to be.

will be eating less but with the same intensity at the gym

196 this am doing Doubles of P90 is working Adding in the extra Cardio works. In the 1 week i have been doing the doubles with weights, i have had to change my belt 1 full hole and my pants are very loose now (wear 34w36l and am probably now a 32w) You definitely sweat and work your core.

I havent really posted much but ive been making progress. I walk 3.5 miles (half uphill and then a 1/4 mile up a steep slope) with the dog at least 5 times a week. I was at 226 and then went down to 210 for a bit but went up to 214. Im losing weight despite it going up slightly.

Tonight I ran a mile and a half in 15 mins, while that may not sound impressive at all thats twice as far as ive ever run non stop in my life lol. havent run at all in at least 8 months. Im pretty proud of myself and I know I can push myself harder. It wouldnt take too long to knock a few minutes off, I was taking it easy.

Down to 189, lost 14 pounds since March 1st and all of my lifts have pretty much been maintained. Think I finally got this cutting thing down right.
