Went to the gym for the first time since last Tuesday (at a hotel in Seattle). I gained just 3lb since being extremely lazy and not watching what I eat for the last 2.5 weeks. Back at it though. Scheduling a vacation for end of May and would like to see more results before then.

back at the gym after a year of absence almost. Been going for a month now. Trying to lose some weight, not much, but trying to replace fat with muscle. Dropped 5lb in 4 weeks, but got hell of a lot stronger and more defined. I am at 205lb now, 5'11" and I just benched 225lb 10reps on 4th set. Slowly getting into it and hoping to drop 10lb more by summer time and lose some stomach fat. Also doing cardio, 10 min on elliptical or 1km fast pace run. Wish me luck

Haven't had time for much workout, but still been following the p90x diet very closely. Sticking to high protein, low carb, low salt, no breads, etc... I'm finally under 200 for the first time in a long time. Weighed myself yesterday and today and at 199. Which means I hit my goal for weight before vegas!
Back on the p90x horse when i come back, 90 days all in.

194 and holding. Stomach is really showing where the weight is coming off. Had to start using another hole in the belt. Have some more to go in the mid section but it will get there. Have to continue to do the Ab-s in P90 and eat right.

23 days to my cruise. Started dieting and hitting the weights on Friday. Down 8lbs as of this morning. Finally my pumpkin head is going away. Got a looooon way to go though. I got up to 238lbs, the highest I've ever been without working out. Got to do at least 1lb a day. I took a before picture so if I hit my goal I'll post myself at my fattest ever and then 25 days later. Not going to be very muscular but I'm only shooting for not making people puke at the pool.

Since January I lost around 13lbs. I weighed in around 178lbs and now I'm around 165lbs. I'm diet this past year consisted of mostly Special K for breakfast, a turkey sandwich for lunch and chicken for dinner. I hit the gym maybe 2 or 3 times a week for lifting but no cardio.
I used to wrestle in high school at 145lbs and I was in the best shape of my life. When college hit, I put on around 45lbs. This was because of the constant drinking, late night snacking, etc. My goal is to hit 150lb so I can shave off all this fat and start clean bulking.

It's been a good year since I last worked out consistently.
Going to take my OCD for modding the TL and apply it to getting back into shape for the summer.
Starting weight: 194 lbs at ~25 % BF
Target weight: 185 lbs at ~10 % BF
Going back to a strength training regiment which focuses on the Olympic lifts. (Squats, Deadlift, Bench Press)
Most important though is clean diet which will be bulk centered to maximize muscle gain.
I'm going to work on packing on the muscle and build a strong base first and then deal with cutting.
Wish me luck and hopefully this thread works to keep me on track.

I lost the weight but now I've been working out for 2 months solid and strict. I'm at an all time high of 240lbs. Probably going to end up at 225 once I cut. Finally back to the point that I can't force myself to miss a day. Even on my days off I have to do a little something like a bike ride.

Haven't posted here in a while, but i'm down to 197 from 212 in the past 4-5 months with mostly just better eating choices. Laying off salt and crazy fatty foods.
I should probably drink less, but that's not going to happen anytime soon.

I lost 90 lbs in 100 days when I was 20. 300-210. Swim then lift in the AM, run then lift in the PM, and possible run again before bed.
Since I gained it back and did almost the same thing again. Between Thanksgiving 2010 and Easter 2011 I lost 85 lbs. 295 to 210. This time however it was less cardio and more lifting, believe it or not.
Fun stuff.
