I eat fish often but never the concentrated oil. I figure I get enough from the fish itself.

I eat 1.5g of cod liver oil and 1.5g Complete EFA's every day. Good stuff.

I take 2 Kirkland Signature Enteric-coated Fish oil pills usually every morning w/ my meal, as well as my 2 Mega Mens

. Each pill has 850mg fish oil, 240mg EPA and 200mg DHA

OK so my doc said that it's OK to take up to 3000 mg a day. So I upped fish oil intake to 2000mg.
