update: commin in at 224 now...still extremely stressed,ive actualy seeked professional help and will be perscribed meds shortly for "severe depression"

im still hittin the gym on the norm and adding minutes to my cardio little by little.im at 30-35 min cardio sessions right now.

i still lift 10-12 reps,pretty heavy,but have trouble focusing on my workouts even though they are pretty good/intense. im hoping once i get on some meds i can better focus on life and my workouts and not be so stressed all the time.

Don't ever say that man! THere is ALWAYS room for progress. I felt the same way before but still haven't given up yet and it's wokring pretty well. I am def. getting toner . 5'6" - 140, been stuck here for quite some time now, but I know i been getting cutter. I we both have different frame's for sure.

Try new things like going SLOW and CONTROL. Control your weights. Try Lighter weights, more reps, that's what I've been doing lately, and I noticed it feels different. Your brain likes creative things, as well as your muscles, Switch up your routine's and try something new every week! heavy weights, low reps, to high reps, lower weight. I noticed when I do this, i get that soareness feeling that you get when u first start working out. Feels like shit, but you know u've done it right.

and EAT RIGHT. cut all fatty foods and what not, but you can have 1 day to cheat and eat w/e you like.

Also, try high intensity training! whenever i do this type of cardio, i notice the abs showing a lot more than just basic cardio.

brown rice and eggs ftw..


my shoulders are still lacking but they dont seem to be growing even tho ive been doing a shoulder day...they still look super flat.

im still sittin at 224lbs,still doin 30-35 min of cardio and my diet has been alot better lately.

Keep hitting the shoulders but don't worry about what they look like now. I look like I have no shoulders until I do my final cut and then they come out of nowhere.

still got 3 months to go. im staying around 220-225 this past couple weeks (depends on what i eat) but i am confident i will be down to almost 200 by july. lately ive been working on my project truck so much that ive missed a couple days in the gym (because of my friends schedual) but im still gettin in at least 4 times a week.

Shoulders can be hard to hit for growth. I've always had naturally broad and big shoulders...but I never saw true gains in pure size until the last 6 months to be honest...and Ive been lifting for a loooong time.

still weighing in at 220,been trying to keep the motivation up,ive been lacking this past week on the cardio,but i know i need to get back in there.

tonight i benched 260 on the flat bench with dumbells for 5 reps x 2 sets.

i was pretty happy with this but i think im gonna try 280 next time to see if maybe that will get me closer to my ORM (just so i know)

im not doing much to break out of the plateau anyway

well im still weighing in at 220, i just started a cutting cycle today and am back on some supplements.

i hit a plateau and im going to try to break out of it for the next 30 days. my wife comes home in 30 days so i wanna try to cut as much fat as possible by then. heres pics.

im a bit chunky in the lower stomache because ive been drinking alot of monsters and eating like crap for the past 3 weeks.

i started a new routine,and am back on the cardio to try to break this plateau and its already working well for me. very intense workouts.

Yeah I overcomforted yesterday. I think I hate like 12 Chips Ahoys yesterday. I've been working out so I'm at the lightest I've been in years but I still needed me some comfort.

That's what I do RMATIC. It's the reason I'm down to a weight that I haven't been since I was 21. My blood pressure went down, my cholesterol went down, cardio and olympic strength went up, sex drive improved too!!
