Was a high school runner wannabe. Best time was like 23:00. Sucks that all my friends were around 16:00 and I was the slow kid.

me useta run fast me slow pokey now, in high school my best was 15:38 and my first two years of college i ran the mile around 4:15-4:25

21:00 was my fastest back in the day. Mind you I was 200 lbs while all the other guys were like 140 and below

i feel ya man i am 191 lbs. my fastest this year is 16:58 but i should be down to 16:40's by semistate time!

When I was in HS we ran 3 miles not 5k. I did 15:21 so add about 30 seconds to that for a 5k time. I ran 4:18 mile and 9:32 2 mile.

I also ran my first year in college but the times were worse. I partied too much

Sometimes I wish I joined cross country earlier...might have actuall been fast.
