What did you do to your CL today?

Me and my son patched my exhaust(it's still all original) and did some touching up to the paint. Love that he can help now(almost 4yrs old.), that is the joy of having a son, when he wants to do exactly what you want to do.

You mean like the ones just sitting in the trunk of my corolla? I've got those and the set of 4 wheels, but if you need the center caps, you can have em for free... okay shipping maybe. They do need repainting, are the original silver.

Just got mine back from the shop today, $620 later. New rear wheel bearings, fixed a tire, along with some other stuff. I drove it around the block earlier and it's significantly better than it was. I also cleaned the interior out for the first time in a couple years. It's going to be nice to drive the car while it's actually clean for once. Now I just need to fully detail it, and make it really shine.

Finally got the new wiring run for my amp so I can start putting my interior back together, also moved the LED bar under the driver's seat to try a new approach. With the way my backs' been, I can't do much at a time, but it's progress.

What happened to the back? You throw it out? Invest in a foam roller...best money youll every spend for your back problems.
Get the ack finished bro!

This is def a late reply, been out of the game for sometime. Ended up getting rid of the CL which was the worse thing I ever did. I'm coming back with another one & sure could use some of these parts if you still have them, which I know is a long shot but worth asking.

There is nothing like crawling around like a dog crying because you cannot hardly even crawl. Never got decompression therapy though, had cortisone shots which worked for 4 months or so. Now I just lost a lot a of weight, quit smoking and kinda deal with the remaining pain.

Ran my CL for a lil while since I was gone on a cruise for over a week, then proceeded to order more parts lol.
BTW, anyone have any stock CL wheels they're looking to get rid of or trade? LMK!

Well, after a month of being without a head unit, because my brand new Pioneer Navi burnt up and started smoking shortly after I got it, I finally got my replacement head unit installed. Also swapped out the amp trigger wires to new ones because I was getting a ground loop using the ones in the RCA's. In the process of testing the head unit, I blew my Eclipse 4 channel highs amp, so I had to have my buddy rebuild 1 channel, and replace a few parts. Once we got the amp back up and working, we found that the pop I heard when I blew the amp (no fuses blew) was my driver's side front tweeter. Luckily I had a spare set of Audiobahn 1" silk dome tweeters from my 4Runner, which were almost identical to the set I was running, so we swapped out the bad tweeter with the spare. Here's a pic, blown one on the bottom, replacement on the top.
Here's my highs amp back where it belongs (on the right)
Since I had my center console removed, I went ahead and finished up my LED project by relocating my set of footwell led strips, as well as replacing my cupholder LED's with a new brighter set. Here's a comparison of the old (left) and new (right)
Here's the new set installed
Here's a pic of the footwell led's which are remote controlled, and my new weathertech rubber floor mats.
Here's a pic of the cupholder
Oh, and I finally was able to get all my switches swapped over to LED bulbs, so you can see the fog button and heated seat buttons with their custom LED's, as well as the bright ass cup holder
Even closed, the cupholder glows all the way around, and lights up the whole ebrake opening
Here's a picture of the radio that burnt up and cost me 2 months of not being able to drive my car
All is well now though, and the stereo is working great, and car is driving even better

Hot Ass!
Well....
1) Had to get my tranny rebuilt because I got the P0740 code It cost me a lot, but it's essentially a brand new transmission: new case, clutch packs, bearings, sprag, TC, and a modified flow of ATF in the valve body to help with the lack of fluid to the 2nd/3rd gears.
2) Just put on my new slotted Power Slots and StopTech pads!!! I'm sure I got a bunch of weird looks while I was bedding them in!
