A light in the glovebox and where the body line ends
Guys,
When I got my car I noticed that the glove box light doesn't turn off when you shut the door. So for the past few weeks I've had a bar of light across the passenger side dash. Turns out the screws for the latch were backed out half way! Has this happened to you? Fixing that and the squeaky seat has brought the annoyance factor down some, but I still have...
...Nasty gaps on the door-quarter seam. It looks like the strikers (both doors) need to be moved inboard. Any experience here?
I'll report back if I figure it out...
Thanks,
Limequat

My glovebox light is always on. I have looked at the screws and stuff but everything is tight. Everyone gets in my car and pushes on the glove box trying to close it. Looks kinda bad Anyone know how to fix it?

You double checked the screws that hold the latch in? The latch looked to be slightly adjustable. You may be able to move it up some. I didn't check the striker part of the latch, but the hinges seemed to be fixed in position...

all the strikers are adjustable. I've adjusted my doors and glove box. apparently the glove box light has always been on but I just noticed it a month or so ago - switch just barely has to be depressed so the glove box striker adj is pretty subtle. doors also lined up easily, which was cool cause I hate to start screwing with hinges.
