Yes congrats!! I like how you handled it. Weddings can be very expensive and generally generate a lot of stress. Sounds like you'll have some nice drama-free memories.

My sister just got married last year. What a nightmare process. Glad you were able to avoid the wedding.

two of my friends got served divorce papers in Nov.....
I either am not gonna get married or have her sign a prenup!

Personally I have no experience with Prenups. It's kind of a slap to the face of your fiance. Plus I've heard them getting overturned in BK court anyways.

A contractual agreement to the terms of a divorce prior to a wedding is the ultimate betrayal to the sanctity of marriage IMO. WTF is that?
