This is absolutely 100% correct. Chicks aren't looking for the nice guys until they are ready to settle down, and that usually doesn't come until at least the mid 20's or so. If you find a girl, and you really like her, then you need to be a dick to her. Don't return phone calls, don't talk to/see her for days at a time, blow her off every once in a while. Chicks want to be the absolute object of your affections. If they've already got you wrapped around their finger, before you even start dating, then they lose interest.

 

Seriously it works. Helps your rep in all sorts of ways. and since most people don't want to fight, slap a muthafucker here and there, and you got the college by the balls.

Okay, this may sound SICK but what I recommend is formulating a crew of guys that don't all look alike. What this creates is a win win eventually for everyone, as if you have a diverse crew, women will HAVE to pick one. They won't all pick the same person if ya'll are different.
