I need some help deciding if to be good or bad.
So I need a bit of friendly advice and maybe a swift kick in the ass. So here's the story....
I'm am an adjunct at a college. That is a fancy way of saying a lab teacher than gets paid OK to do a lot of work. This is a nice part-time gig. Anyways, there is a girl in my class that has asked me out. She's talked to me a lot in the last 3 weeks and told me that she broke up with her boyfriend a couple months ago because he's immature. She about 3 years younger than I am. What makes it worse is that she is the kind of girl I am attracted too. She's cute, easy to talk too and smart. The smart part isn't common where I teach.
Now, I'm no angel, I speak openly with my students, curse in class at times and some of them have asked me to hang out when classes are over for the day. I usually say "no."
About 4 years ago the same thing happened and I ended up dating a past student for a couple months. For you girls reading this....I know, I'm a pig. For you guys reading this....she was Dominican. Either way, 4 years later I still talk to that girl.
My obvious question is what should I do? Do I say no, or yes? Either way, the semester is over in a week, and she won't be my student anymore. OK, be honest.

Tell her you'd love to go out with her, but you are going to have to wait until the semester is over, for obvious reasons. If she doesn't understand, then she is probably only out to get an A on her final.
Be honest with her, as a student myself, if I were in that situation I would understand if the guy felt the need to wait until the class was over. It only protects both parties.
