Not me. In 1989 a relative left his wife, two young children and house, moved in an apartment with a female co-worker who was in couple with 2 children. He married her, stayed with her for 21 years and bought an house. He always claimed that she was the true love of his life since his teens and married his first wife because he didn't know better, being too young. Then we learn that last week he leaves her and gets an apartment again with ....a female co-worker much younger who was in couple with 2 children. I am half surprised because he did it once. Everybody in the family feel sorry for the 2nd wife.... I am not; she did that to another woman 21 years ago. To be honest, I am happy that it happens to her.

I guess that we have to shut up and accept all of this as being normal... or do we? I have mixed feelings.... don't we stand behind moral values anymore? "Cool", it is not.

 

when there are children involved its no longer about following your heart. part of being a man is being able to put your children's needs and emotional well being in front of your own. Your relative sounds like an ass hat, and one day he's gonna get what's coming to him.

 

Personally I feel sorry for your friend. In 10 years this new chick is going to find him too old and leave him for a younger model. I foresee this dude ending up alone with 3 families that do not want anything to do with him.

Either that or maybe he has it all figured out.

I do feel sorry for the second wife. He spent 21 years with her and was probably the only real father to her kids. And really.....some people do realize that they are with the wrong woman (or man).

 

No one will watch him die.

For the record; no. They have their own father and never did I feel that he was a substitute dad for them.

However his kids (now adults) are back again in a nightmare that he created for them 21 years ago. His 26yo daughter just had a baby 1 month ago.

 

it never ceases to amaze me that mistresses will think its a good idea to start a relationship with a cheating man. dont they realize they could be the next ex wife?

 

The new wife must be dumb or scheming something. This is likely his last wife but how can you fall in love with a man like that. He must be either rich or superhung.

 

It would be interesting to see how things would turn out if this new wife knew about your relative's history.
