My friend has had this as his away message all day: It's funny but he makes a good point:

"I've been hearing a lot of girls complain about not having a Valentine today. After some thought I became aware that these people are alone because they sucked yet refuse to realize it, but that they can make some simple changes and easily find someone that they wanted to date.

1. Lose Weight
2. Learn basic fashion/make-up techniques
3. Stop smoking
4. Be more fun (this is most important)"

It was good for a few laughs, but after a while I realized it's true. I've seen a lot of people, both guys and girls more than make up for their shortcomings in the appearance department with a funny personality or just making people laugh and feel comfortable.

 

Also, being fun shows you have confidence. I know Dean knows about confidence and how it's oh so important.
