Over the weekend I was discussing with my friend who is quite the pimp about how to get girls (either for relationships or hookups). Basically we agreed on it helps to have 2 things: money & intelligence, but it's necessary to have confidence.

I.E. it might help to "flash some money or spit some intellect" but some girls aren't impressed by how rich or smart you are (or smart enough to know what you're talking about). They might enjoy a guy w/ those things but it doesn't matter because you won't even get a chance if you're not confident.

So with that said, how does one go about displaying confidence without coming off as a stuck-up snob? It seems a little tougher than throwing ones money or intellect around.

 

you don't "act confident" you just are, you don't even think about it

so i guess in order to display confidence, you just have to be naturally cool and comfortable with everything

 

exactly, its hard to tell someone to just be confident, because its hard to know what confidence is

people also say "be yourself" but "acting confident" and "being yoruself" are really vague things taught not by simple phrases which are supposed to insprire, but by experience/practice.

And what the fuck have I been saying for the past 2 months? Just don't be shy, that's how you display confidence. I'll tell you how guys fuck up all the time, negativity. Don't ever tell a girl you're bad at something, even if you actually are. The girl asks if you're a good dancer, you say yeah. She asks if you're good at sports, you say yeah. Just don't say yeah if she asks you if you're a good serial killer.
