Try to go somewhere that you and your ex never went or do something that you and your ex never did.

This may seem drastic but what about skydiving?

Distracting yourself from the situation may be a possibility as well.

Detail your car or paint a room in your house. Do something that you've been wanting to do for a while but never had time or motivation to do. Yes you may reflect on your relationship while doing these things but at least it isn't your priority.

yeah i broke up with my girl recently as well.....and it stinks coz u are all by urself and have some much time on ur hand....

i started hitting the gym....cooking dinner (listening to some nice music...no "lovey dovey" songs)....i go for a long jog....

but yeah keep yourself busy....work on the car....do stuff around the house....call up old friends.....

keep away from common friends.....couples....

i made good friends with the chics that work in apartment leasing office....they said they gonna go out on fri/sat night and i told them to holler....

so basically....just stay away from the TV and choco ice-cream !!! btw shopping gets you over your girl so quick...i usually shop for the car....

 

A little helping thyself if you can't find 2 or 3 whores to bring home. And lots of booze. You may want to try some crack to.

 

what i did, i bought a new car, i sold my t.v., i joined the gym, i drove to florida and laid on the beach for a week...
