Over the weekend, I had my 2nd Annual crawfish boil.
Very small turn out, as its just a couple of my close friends and Acura buddies.

I bought about 40lbs of crawfish and about 10lbs of shrimp.
I had a lot of fun and hope my friends did too.

I've been trying to convince my wife to try this but she has no interest.

will be attending a bigger boil on the 30th.
100-200 people, beer, horseshoes, music, washers, and a raffle for charity.

Cant wait for that one.

The best part of having a crawfish boil is the left overs.

We made crawfish etouffee.

^^ absolutely... but most of our food is.

but we get to point and laugh on all the good stuff they are missing out on.

im actually going to my future mother in laws to night to boil 1 or 2 sacks..
we are having our company boil on May 5th.. (1200 lbs) cant wait!!

PS. Texas is the only state i'll allow to say they know how to boil them other than us.. i've had good experiences the few times i've eaten them there...

everywhere else that i've been...
