Yikes...my father is the "chef" in our family and he does a great job... I dont think we have ever messed up meatballs, it would be considered sacrelig if we did...Were Italian

if you go to the food network website, search for the show called "every day italian"

I think that chick has a recipe very similar to ours, she had one more spice or something...try those ones out...
