rly. I like Wendy's salads (no dressing) and chili (no fingers).... No potatoes for me (too much bad carbs)..

McDonalds - Get the grilled chicken Cobb with either no dressing or the light italian (no croutons). Also the fruit salad (no nuts - they add about 150 calories and tons of fat). If you can skip the yougurt, thats better too.
