I should have my own apron
I have been playing Betty Crocker the last couple of weeks. Most of it was tweaking an oatmeal raisin cookie recipe. In total, I (with some help from the wife) have baked at least 2 gross of cookies (1 gross = 12 dozen = 144 cookies). We gave most of them away and/or brought them to work.
We have used raisins and various forms of chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk and smie-sweet/white swirl). Used regular butter and smart balance. Tried Splenda - both white and brown - instead of regular sugar. Varried the amount of flour and oats. Honestly, I don't think we had a true bad batch, but some were better than others.
The best and worst part was sampling from each batch.

The first time I made it, the fudge was too wet and sticky. I realized it need a lot more manual effort to get it right. If you do decide to come over, I'll let you lick the rim of the "bowl".
