My guy has the mental fortitude of a lawn chair. I have yet to see him make a pass stick that wasn't made on the straight. Even if the car he is passing is at his rear bumper on the outside of the turn he will slow down and let them go. I'm almost certain his goal is to give me a heart attack as I yell, "I used that same car in the same race and was ahead by the 3rd corner without hitting anybody!", at a game.

yes. i think pace down towards end of lap and pace up at the last turn before the start line is what i do.. with occasional overtake around twisties

i think i got to 2nd on the start of last lap and overtook him towards the end of last lap

I NEED NEED NEED a car for the gran turismo all star series. its the only aspec race i dont have gold in so far.

anyone have something i can borrow? ill even trade, i have all kinds of stuff.

i used a decked out zr1 (no race modification) but came in 2nd overall. quite impressive to be honest, i kept up with them in a production car and only lost to 1st place by 25pts

its a 5 race series that i dont want to keeop doing . i just want to teabag them, and get it over with.

googlized the all star race, people are using the race modified ZR1. but mine is basicallt that without the picnic table on the back. ill be pissed if i spnd 350k and come in second again

You ever drift in other GT games? I'm willing to help any newbie out there who wants to learn. Mizouse has one of my drift cars right now. If only he'd remember to favorite it so he could use it online haha.

no i never drifted before.. i did in GT5P, but it was with controller and it wasn't even clean drift where you have clear in and out.. so this will be the time i wanna learn.

this is so stupid.. i'm doing enduro, and i made it auto pit.. apparently all my 2 guys (supposed to put 4) ran out of strength.. i went out for a while only to see that they pit to change driver every lap... uggggh

Ok this is dumb. I'm doing the dream car championship and three of the tracks had the chance of rain icon over them. First track looked sunny so I equipped hards, 2nd actually was rainy so I put on Rains while AI put on hards though it was obviously pouring rain! Then the 3rd it looked sunny out but I saw the cars racing in the background on the menu screen and they were kicking up a bunch of water on the track so I equipped intermediates. Then once the race starts the track is completely dry and I'm on intermediates. Luckily the AI was too so we all pitted after the first lap and slapped our hards on and went at it.Obligatory, That's what she said!

But seriously in what real race do you not know what the track is going to be like until you race the first real lap? Why is there no type of notification of what the weather is at that moment? You get a forecast before the race but if you're doing a championship you say that at the start of the first race like an hour ago. That's not good enough.
