if you go in there, the second one is some "bonus" event
there are 5 sub events

you do need to buy the cars since most likely you won't have them
but you get more gold out of it

tip is that you write down the requirement and restriction
upgrade your hp and weight accordingly.. and upgrade everything else like tranny/suspension and what not.. tune it correctly and run it, it shouldn't be hard
i think it's easier than a lot of special events

hmmm i'm doing this suzuka 1000km with FGT on my level 0 bspec driver. he runs 3 laps and strength and mental strength goes to 0 lol

i only put him as driver.. no other guy since FGT pretty much smokes all the computer by like 20 laps at the end

let's see what level he lands at tomorrow morning

I don't think you can go much faster than 205mph unless you keep on slipstreaming...it just doesn't have enough power to overcome the drag...but if you turn the downforce down, you won't be able to corner as fast.

On the other hand, I tried the veyron in this event...lol..it's fun to watch when a production car is pulling away from those Le Mans cars.

Took me a few tries. To help, I did one of the weight reductions, I think it was the window one to bring the weight to the minimum, and did like the sports air filter to up the HP to the max allowed. Also put in sports suspension. With this, and taking a very wide line through the curves, I passed the first place car in the last corner

Yea, it was the hardest Bonus race event for me. Took me couple tries, but I won it by ramming the guy in first place on the second to the last turn on my last lap. You gotta do what you gotta do.

I was ranked 20 earlier today. Dunno what it is now but its definitely not staying there for long. So much room for improvement on rome reverse (which I hate) and cape ring

ugh, that CR-Z challenge is tough, so i maxed out everything i could do besides weight and engine upgrades.

best i got was 2nd place and was 13 seconds behind 1st. the problem with it is that by the end of the 4th lap the battery in your car runs out causing a big drop in power.



dont really want to repeat again for 75,000 credits, but i just slapped on a sports air filter which put it right at 122hp, the limit. then put on those plastic windows and a carbon fiber body color hood. that put me at 1115kg, the lowest limit is 1100. how much that would help.

Honestly I hate those "Races" I never understood why they don't just make you run a series of laps all below a specific time. That is all it really is anyway.

Other than that the update is freaking sweet. It also shows that they can make fairly substantial changes to the interface in the updates. Hopefully soon we can change the final drive ratio instead of having to buy a 15k superhoover straight cut sequential gearbox for my 200 hp prelude.

Nice. Yea I'm with you on the rome reverse. I always think I can do better with each turn. It's also not an easy map cuz I hardly ever raced there, which made it like a new map for me. On the other hand, I love cape ring, so fun with all those twists and turns.
