definately under $500. I'll buy both the PS3 and Xbpx360 soon after they are released but I'm only going to pay for the system alone and not buy one of those $750+ bundles. I'll buy my own peripherals and games. The P33 should be priced around the same as the Xbox360

 

i have already sold my ps2...waiting to buy the ps3 first day. must be under $500

Significantly under $500. I don't play video games enough anymore to justify that expense. (I feel old) I'll probably only buy 4 games throughout the life of the PS3--- GT5, MGS4, GT6, MGS5.

 

fuck 500, thats way too much. I have a friend that owns a game/wireless shop and he gets me all the shit without waiting or pre-ordering. The PS3 better be a hell of a lot better than the 360, because i am impressed by the 360 and dont think the PS3 will have any games worth while to make me want the system on the first day. Sony bejtter pull a Final Fantasy, Gran Turismo, Metal Gear Solid rabbit out of their hat when that PS3 is launched or else M$, the 360 and the new Halo will run shit for a while.
