just a word of warning...killzone is getting shitty reviews for the most part....the graphics are supposedly VERY choppy and inconsistant...and the targeting is bad and the AI is bad...thats what ive been reading...im steering clear of that one but Ace Combat 5 for sure should be awesome.

I will stay away from Killzone as its just another me-too in a crowded sci-fi FPS market.
Ace Combat looks cool. But its single player. meh
Get an xbox. It barely any more expensive then the HDD for ps2

why play killzone when Halo 2 is coming out at the same time. its a no brainer for Halo.
but yeah. Ace Combat looks like alot o fun. But i doubt it can keep me entertained for long with single player only

Because if you don't have a Xbox, it is a $200 investment to play Halo 2...

I played the demo and I liked it, plus it is supposed to be fun online, since no more SOCOM, I need something to do

why is it that all the cars are always exactly what car yoru in.
like if your in a beater... all u see is beaters.
if u in a nice car... all u see is other nice cars.

i remember reading an article about this way back when GTA-3 first came out, it was even worse back then, its still bad, as you describe, but its gotten better...the reason has something to do with the amount of vehicles that can be simultaneously "streamed" from the disc in terms of the 3-D model, the animations, the sounds, the driving characteristics, etc and to maximize the number of cars on screen, the program on the disc has to stick to a certain "class" of cars, just like you said, if you are in a shitbox youll see tons of the same shitbox and other shitboxes, swith to a sports car, they start popping up....
the worst ive seen is out in the middle of nowhere in the badlands or whatever when EVERY friggin vehicle is either a farm tractor or that slow ass beat up pic up....now thats annoying when you have a long drive back to los santos or san fierro ahead of you!!

- But really Ive put prob a few hours a day into the game everyday since Ive bought it (release day) and a little more on the weekends. The weather has been shitty and Id prefer to stay inside right now. Ive beaten the game but only like 80% completion - Im not going for 100% I dont think since my copy of Halo 2 just showed up from the UPS man.

Dammit, where the fuck is the awesome bike, the FCR-900 or whatever it is.......all I can find are the PCJ-600 and the fucking BF-400 
I also found the race spec one, the NCR-900, but it doesn't work for the damn boat

Just got the Jetpack and finished the airstrip missions..............
Now I just have to do the Casino things.......but I'm focusing on the Import/Export garages......some of these cars I've never even seen before I started looking for them......

I'm in the last Badlands mission. I for the life of me cannot fire up all the weed and then shoot down the copter. I've tried like 10 times, and now i'm pissed. Theres always one little fucking bush that wont go out, and then the copter is flying around, i cant hit it, and theres only like 7 seconds left. what the fuck!
