360, PS3, PC: Call of Duty - Modern Warfare 3
Hahahah yea...I've gotten a couple people with the fake care packages before. I saw a clip where this guy got 6 people...the whole team just ended up being in the same area as the one guy who tried to steal the package. Quite hilarious. My friend got killed by a teammate who took one thinking it was real. Me and my party all knew it was a bomb so we avoided it but a random guy took it and my friend happened to be too close. He was pretty mad...
360 yo.
all my friends are on 360. but they rage...a lot...like everytime they die. it's like whenever they die "why the fuck wasn't anyone watching my back??" "that's BULLSHIT!! FUCKING LAGGGG" basically it's like they can do no wrong in the game...they rage about the game and they end with like 18-2 or 25-1...

Commentator I follow posted this tip for killing a juggernaut. Turns out I'm wrong...takes 5 knife hits to kill...most effective is rpg or having 2 or 3 teammates just unload on the jug at the same time. And yes they regenerate health if you don't kill them quickly.

Modern Warfare 3 Has Best 5-Day Sales in History of Known Universe
By Matt Peckham, PCWorld Nov 17, 2011 8:30 AM
The season's most popular first-person shooter is now the bestselling slice of entertainment in the history of the world: Modern Warfare 3 grossed $775 million worldwide in five days time, claims Activision, roundly making it the bestselling video game of all time.
And that's just for starters. Look beyond video gaming, which to be fair already held this record, and you'll note Modern Warfare 3's cleaned house, demolishing records set by any film or video release in the history of, well, the known universe. By comparison, top five-day earner The Dark Knight pulled in just $204 million worldwide in its opening five days, according to Box Office Mojo.
Lifetime worldwide entertainment sales are another thing, of course. James Cameron's Avatar holds that record at $2.8 billion in box office receipts. Call of Duty: Black Ops, the last Call of Duty game, which did $650 million in its first five days, reportedly earned $1 billion in its first six weeks on sale, but I don't have lifetime figures here—suffice to say they'll probably pale in comparison to Avatar's take (which also doesn't include video sales). As book sales go, I'm having a tough time nailing down accurate figures, but I'd wager the Bible (assuming you're willing to view it as entertainment) probably has everything beat in lifetime revenue.
But it's certainly celebration time for Activision, financially speaking. The company trotted out a few related figures, too, announcing Modern Warfare 3 had broken an Xbox LIVE record with 3.3 million unique online players in a single day.
Life-to-date, Activision says the Call of Duty franchise has exceeded $6 billion in worldwide sales, making it "one of the most valuable entertainment properties in the world." Also: Black Ops and Modern Warfare 2 were respectively the second and fourth most played games on Xbox LIVE for the week of November 7, according to a Microsoft representative.
Other records broken:
- Over 7 million multiplayer hours were logged playing Modern Warfare 3 by close of its first day available, a 19 percent increase over Black Ops' 5.9 million for the same period.
- Over 3.3 million unique gamers played Modern Warfare 3 in a single day on November 8, up from 2.6 million unique gamers for Black Ops.
- Modern Warfare 3 "set a new franchise mark for the number of simultaneous online gamers playing Call of Duty on PlayStation® Network on its first day" (I can't tell if they mean ever, or just for the Call of Duty series).

I didn't like single player. Felt like I was just mowing down hundreds of enemies as they'd blindly run in front of me the whole time, when I'd have preferred to go up against much less and more skilled enemies
Try playing on veteran. The AI is smarter and they hit you harder and faster. You will die in 2 hits. First hit turns your screen all red and next one you're dead. They'll even run up to you and try to smack you with their gun. That's what happened in MW2 for me at least...
Yeah but veteran is just stupid. All the enemies have wallhacks on and you have to practically memorize exactly where everyone is and what is about to happen. I did it in COD4 and was frustrated beyond belief so I don't play veteran anymore
definitely think veteran is worth it if you're looking for a challenge, I remember in COD4 and parts of MW2 it was stupid hard. But I forced myself through it and became a better player
You learn to peek around corners instead of running out and crouching behind cover to minimize chances of getting hit. I picked up a lot of subtle things. Also turn off every aim assist if possible, even on console. Incredibly frustrating but you WILL get better.
