I ended up playing MW2 instead, still fun to play

Last night was not a good night. No matter what, I just couldn't get anything going.
I finally had to turn it off when I was killed by a dude with the exact same gun as me, but his had a silencer.
I hit him several times before he even starts shooting, two shots to my body/legs and I'm dead. WTF

 

couldn't even get into a match last night. it loads the map and says "waiting for other players" and then I get booted.

went back to MW2 too and, yes, still fun.

 

thats what happened to me too.

there werent even that many players on. ~300,000.

 

just last night.

 

Occasionally mine has locked up like completely. I would have manually turn the PS3 off and restart it and the game. This happened in the middle of a game last night but usually happens on the match loading screen. This happen to anybody else? Thank god it didn't happen on my 21-3 match. LOL

 

ever since i unlocked second chance pro..its been rape.

i was around 1.2-1.5 each game beforehand.

i now finish between 2.5-3.0 every game.

almost finished with my Ghost Pro requirements as well.. just have to shoot down about 10 more heli's/spy planes...

^^^how do you do a replay of a kill like that?

 

You save that game into your file share and when you replay the video of the match you can edit it and do screen shots. Everything to do all that is located in your "playercard".

I saw that kill the other day on youtube, top 10 kills. There was another bad ass tomohawk kill as well.

 

Yeah I cant stand that shit. I always just thought it was MY horrible luck that some guy could take me out with a pistol from the other side of the map after I just blasted him with a assault rifle.

I wish I had a capture card for COD 4, last stand was OP. I would snipe people in Last Stand with the deagle, from distances as far as in the video above or even much farther. I just imagined people raging like that... fuckin hilarious!

too bad I suck now... lol. When you go into second chance, does it automatically give you full ammo?

pretty good segments in your brother's clips mrsteve. Love the direct impact kill of someone in last stand from far away... that's always awesome. oh and SAM turret fails

the pistol second chance gives me isnt even my secondary weapon..

i think everyone gets a default. and i have yet to run it out of ammo.

i've killed up to 3 players while laying on my back.

 

can you imagine what the other guys said?

That's kinda lame. The pistol they give you seems decent though. A problem with the COD4 desert eagle was they only gave you 35 bullets reserve I think.... but if you went into last stand with no mags or had to reload, it would give you full ammo, no need to reload

 

yea, i've been using the anti-aircraft RPG lately to get Ghost Pro, yet, i still have a pistol at my side for second chance lol.

the deafult one, whatever it is, does seem to be extremely accurate.
i've also killed enemies at great distances while i was down.

There is another tomahawk video of the same map where it falls down a stairwell and kill some dude who randomly ran across and died.. I still havent gotten black ops yet. I prepaid for it at best buy months ago and can find my receipt so buying it twice just makes me mad and have yet to bite the bullet.. I will soon though. I really wanna play it

 

Black Ops is making my internet connection do weird things. Sometimes it's perfectly fine but then there are times where I can't get into a match, get kicked from my party or just lose connection mid-game. It actually makes my modem reset which is really frustrating because it takes a while to reboot.

It's a motorola modem on crapcast.

Does anyone know what's going on?

 

I often have trouble staying in a party after a match has finished or when a match is getting started.

I'm on COX Cable.

I also have a problem where every so often my controller will disconnect and reboot itself.

Oh well.

 

Blame treyarch, not your Internet.. It's been buggy since day one for connection.

An update would be nice.

 

Yeah, sometimes it'll hang on the "Waiting for other players" screen... Lose connection to the lobby... Stuff like that... You'd have to think an update was coming some time soon...

 

ALright, total noob question (just got the game last week).

So for the leaderboards, is there no longer just an overall leaderboard based on points? I loved that with MW2. Or am I just missing it.
