Finally got my hands on a copy this past weekend. 
Damn is this game fun!
I love how the cars get damaged differently each time. I still wish that the game remembered stuff you did recently. For example, I was driving along, purposely caused a pileup on the freeway, drove a little further and turned around to slam into the pileup, but it was magically gone.

'10 Hyundai Genesis Coupe
Speaking of incredible feets I managed to do a 630 foot drop and not die, I landed on my legs and survived it was incredible.
The building I jumped off of was in Alcongquin (sp?) there is a lift on the back of the building that takes you several stories high about 55 or so, then you get off and climb the ladder up to the top of the building and face West, and jump. I did that running jump and managed to land near the dumpster of the building across the street, I think the fact that my body was up against the buidling at the final 20 feet kind saved me. I don't know I thought I was going to die but I didn't, and now I have a 630ft. drop recorded.

I could be looking down the street and see NO cars at all. Turn around 180 degrees and get hit by a car. Turn around 180 degrees again and see a whole shitload of cars lined up.
Along those lines, sometimes I will be driving down the street and pass a nice car parked on the side of the road. I stop my car, get out and run back to were the car was and it is gone...

My 360 is broken still.... I need to remember to call them when they're open
I like causing pile-ups on the freeway... point a gun at people and they get scared and ditch their cars.... thenstart shooting at people's cars way in the back of the line, and then throw a molotov or a grenade at the pile. Pure carnage
The game is still buggy though.... sometimes you point a gun at someone in a car, then shoot them in the head before they try to get out.... promptly after which they'll drop dead.

Also on the freeway catch one car on fire and then watch a huge chain reaction its AWESOME.
