OK, this game has entered my dreams. Last night I'm dreaming that I'm walking around with somebody, they bump into someone, they don;t say anything. The person who got bumped called him an asshole or something. The guy I was walking with told him the eff off, BOOM out comes a shotgun and the guy and was walking with is laidout. I wake up like WTF.
This was after playing GTA4 for about 8 hrs yesterday.

I can't believe you did all of that and only got three stars. I've gotten three stars for just shooting a couple of cops and running down a few people while then trying to escape.
It took me two or three tries to beat No. 1. I needed to learn how the Comet handled...once I did, it easy. The first mission for PBX wasn't so simple...I came to the conclusion I couldn't rush in guns blazing as I would like but that I needed to be somewhat stealthy...boring, but it worked.
I don't think you can fly planes in this one...I swear I remember reading that somewhere.

I am stuck on the helicopter mission with Jacob. I cant seem to get close enough for him to shot and when he does shot he misses. Does anyone know the best way to beat this mission?

There are hot dog and nut stands all over. There are also soda machines all over.
I think I read that you can also call 911 and an ambulance will come. After he heals you, he will charge $500 though, but I think you can kill the EMT and get your money back.
