The guy that posted the Fiat video said the engine swap was based on another game, then imported into Forza. Apparently, he also imported FM4 physics. I need to figure out how they do this.

My Gamestop told me they're doing a midnight release with it alongside Medal of Honor & I'm off Tuesday as well.

 

I'm going to call the store tonight to confirm about tonight's release. I'm in the tobacco fields of NC and I'm shocked that they are doing a midnight release

I still can't decide if I'm going to stay up to get it or not. I have class 8-3:30 tomorrow

I just called and confirmed the midnight release!

The guy told me to get there at 10pm to get a ticket # and be in the first group to get it. There's another game being released tonight so the line is going to suck

 

Yeah Rick said it already but the new MoH also comes out tomorrow, so there will be more of a crowd for that I'm sure.

Love the game. No white wheels though, still that off gray color, even on matte paint. The environment is spectacular though. Already taken a ton of pics, been driving my Aventador I got for having FM4 around. Trying to figure out how to get them on here though...

 

I decided not to get the game last night because I wanted to sleep. I was awake most of the night thinking about this damn game

 

So I was playing forza 3 all last night since I'm sick and finally said you know what I'm taking this and MW3 back tomorrow and getting Horizons, no idea it didn't come out till today. Freakin Sweet!!!

 

I will wait till the next week with this game... too much going on here now

Played for a few hours last night, made it up to the 4th wrist band. You definitely have to crank up the AI to hard or insane to get a challenge. They take off at first on medium, but you can reel 'em quick enough. I think I'm just around the 200 rank & I believe a challenge opens up right when you hit it.

So far, won the Boss, Raptor, & Diablo SV. Also have the Hemi Cuda & 300SL barn finds.

They don't take anywhere near as long as I thought they would to "restore". The Hemi was done in 5 minutes. The SL isn't finished, but from Dan's words, I thought it would take like an hour+.

 

Where oh where is the UPS man....

Same here. The UPS truck hasnt even come down my block yet, and Ive been home all day. Theyre usually here around 3pm. WTF? If I have nothing by 8pm Im going up to Target or Best Buy and buying it, Ill return the copy to Amazon.

 

I'm really sick, so I just drove around all day, found two barn cars. Scenery is beautiful.

So I'm playing Battlefield just to pass the time until UPS finally gets here. My controller's lights are flashing indicating I need to change batteries. I figure I'll do it when UPS gets here and I switch to Forza.

Forza gets here around 715. I turn xbox off and replace the batteries in the controller.

Then my controller won't turn on. WTF? So I try another pair of batteries. The lights on the controller just dimly flash once. Then nothing. I've had this controller since XBOX360 was first released. It's very old I know. But it dies literally seconds after Forza gets delivered?

Off to Gamestop to drop another $50.
