Judging by the damages, I don't think it was the stability control. He just went into the corner way too hot and understeered into the guardrail.

He was accelerating even as he entered the turn and them attempted to brake/turn as he was already in it; idiot. Only thing worse then his technique is his (frenchie) excuse.

I wonder how much it would cost to fix. I'm guessing here, but lets say rouughly 6-10 grand on say a nice new car, but a 200k Aston Martin?
