"Wasted" Acura NSX Shoot

I was planning a shoot of my car this weekend for a popular online blog. Rain came down pretty bad during the shoot so I was unable to get a full set done. Anyways, here are some of the "wasted" Pics.

Synth: As always, excellent work. But on photo #2, near the reflector, is that just a reflection or flecks of dirt? Just curious.

Nice.

Any shots of it with the rain? I think that some cars look great with rain drops.

It was wet when I drove there, i think the "dirt" is actually water I didn't wipe down.

I definitely will not be bringing my NSX when we do the shoot, I can only carry so much equipment in my car. haha. But yeah, you should come by! Could use another assistant! PM me a day before to remind me!

I hate finding cool spots and getting kicked out soon after you start.

Synth, just curious. Have you ever shot your car in a blank setting? I guess that's what you call it, but I mean like indoors with a hanging (white) canvas? that drapes the floor and your car would be parked on the part of the canvas that's on the floor?

As always, nice car and shots and thanks for sharing

"Wasted", huh? Not in my book; they look great! Even though the weather ruined your shoot prematurely, it allowed for some cool shots (#3 is my favorite)...very gothic looking setting.

You mean like in a studio? No, never have done that and probably never will. Unless it's for some sort of paid gig. Thanks!

It's incredible how much these things still go for too. $40-50 grand for a clean car.

worthy....

Would this place have given permission to shoot if asked in advance, you think?

I never knew if it was better to ask permission or forgiveness...

Rather then starting another thread, here are some pics from the October Issue of Honda Tuning Magazine, 2011. Obviously these pics are older, from 2010. But the mags typically get their issues together months in advance. Get your copy today!

Such a beautiful car, Synth.

BTW, would there be a way for someone to have shot #3 in a higher resolution for a desktop background?
