Seriously folks, if you haven't read that thread, its worth it.
Some highlights -
Dude modifies the combustion chambers with a hand file.
He paints the entire driveshaft candy apple red.
He paints the oil cooler gold.
He drills holes in the flywheel to make it lighter. I'm not kidding.
He fabricates his own clutch plate out of two separate plates, the most dangerous thing I've seen in a long time.
He is the worst welder in the world.
On and on and on and on......its spectacular.

I got to about page 28 and ran out of steam. Those guys don't care much for XS Power products. I know the headers many of us 2nd gen CL owners aren't the highest quality build but these guys make it sound like anything by XS Power will cause instant destruction of the engine.
To be honest, I'm surprised it even started. I don't know what is funnier, all the poorly painted parts or the diamond plate air intake.

omg, thank you! I'm up to page 32 of this gem. 16.8 1/4 mi. omfg this guy is guru. Thank god he's not a surgeon. "well, I kinda broke your kidney because I put some speed holes in it to lighten it, I guess you'll have to have a 3rd kidney transplant, but I'll get the speed holes right this time."

that clutch was the last straw for me.. wow that whole build is crap.. the worst thing is that he had money to invest in some nice stuff (aem tien coilovers) and fucks up the rest of the build.. not only is the guy the worst welder/builder there is you can add painter to the mix. He didnt prep anything, no primer no pre solve no nothing.. fisheyes EVERY WHERE.
