I think the one thing that anyone can take from this thread is that e30cabrio doesn't mess around.
I remember way back in the day wanting Hertz speakers so badly, despite not making that much more than minimum wage at the time lmao. Worked at a car stereo shop at the time and was blown away by how their speakers sounded.
They are great speakers!
Also, I said it was only 113 so this happened:
Also, also, Zack the tuner is amazing, I have been sending logs & running updated tunes and it feels like a different car.
He sent me a new file after several revisions today but I'm out for my Wife's B-Day so I can't flash it now (she's in the bathroom)
Apparently I'm not allowed to have rims OR tires for this car.
When I first got it I ordered a set of both, backordered & lied to about it so I tried again. NOPE.
So today I decided I'll just get a set of 235 45 17 Firehawk 500s for now, placed the order and realized the Simple Tire search morphed the search to sh!tty Firestone FireHawk A/S.
I called to fix the order and they claimed it was too late, that it had already been "picked" and I have to wait until Monday to cancel and place another order.

Grrrrrrrr
Look it up GT Radial SX2. That's the sponsored tires for 86CUP over here in California. It's a very good tire to learn the car and lasts a long time. Most buddies who participates in that series does 1 track day per month every year and 1 set usually lasts them for one year.

Very cheap too.
Wow, 85 bucks each. They are good?
Got up at 3:30, was "only" 78. Running power & external amp RCA cables also, the USBs. Waiting for USBs to install in the dash & "center console"
For today, I'll most likely just put everything back together and leave the cables in the "back seat" If it's not 1000 degrees I might install the sub amp if I can find my single 200 amp fuse for the battery lead that I think stayed in the Tundra.
Those tires are VERY good for the money. Not sure if you are familiar with track times over in California but stock/street class 86/BRZ guys with those tires are running low 2 mins.
Couldn't find the 200 amp single fuse I wanted for just after the the battery, but found an old 100 & did keep the dual 150 for the amps which I installed to the Pioneer mono amp & installed the sub from the Tundra.
I forgot to run the amp remote power wire DOH so I put a wire with a quick connect between the + cable & remote connector. We'll see if I forget to disconnect it & kill the battery or run the wire first. It's disconnected at the moment.
Sounds pretty good for mostly stock.
Ordered the proper fuse & am waiting for a proper sub for the car from a friend.
One tip for you, if you want a better stock seats, try to score some BRZ Limited seats, they are half Alcantara, half pleather. It holds you in place much better than the ones you have! And people sell them for very cheap usually.

Biased, but this was one reason out of many why I went with a BRZ (Limited) at the time.
I wish I knew a guy that made custom interior pieces, mannn.
I mean, there's this company called SWEIDIT, the founder is an AZ member and actually posts here too. In this very thread, actually. Right above you, even

I heard that guy is a jerk though. He won't even sponsor a build!
Topic is door switch/light not lighting/window not going down/up...
After searching numerous threads I looked at the door switch, loosened the bolt, window jittered down light came on, press switch, window up, light off. Tighten bolt failure returns. Same on pass side.
Left both slightly loose, suggestion from FT86club is replace switch.
Gonna call the dealer ask them to send me 2 switches.
(Wasn't sure if you were aware, or meant "knew a guy" as in locally or something)
He also ships
Jin sends me dick pics. Well, it's really just pieces of suede that he molded into the shape of his dick.
I was being sarcasm, man...

What is it though? The bolt itself makes ground for the switch and causes the issue?

The difference is a 'murican car is done at 170-180k whereas a Toyota defect happens at 177k my '94 80 series had a known defect in its head gasket that blew at 177k, 3k of head job and while you're in there validating the bores were great and nothing else was needed made it like a new motor.
