And, sadly, not terribly lower than my Malibu
Shocking how poor the economy is for a small/midsized 4cyl sedan

nothing like the feeling of underworking a v8 vs overworking a i4

Definitely an adjustment going from nearly 37mpg in the Merc to barely reaching 25mpg in the 'Bu.

but the luxury, class and smooth ride that come with a top middle of the line GM product though probably make it negligible.

Suuure....lower, middle of the line GM....It's a comfortable car, but a far cry from anything approaching luxurious.
If it weren't for the fear of an impending $$$ repair, I'd have kept the MB.

mine has a notable issue right now, so I'm with you with that.
If it was my primary car or not a wagon and more ordinary it would be gone.

If you didn't like the flooring, I suppose you'll not like this:

Forgot to post, I installed under cabinet LEDs yesterday. Love them!

I want to sell and retire to Mexico, wife wants to stay and update the house.

Next for the kitchen is new cabinet faces, countertops & an island.

I'm not sure how the 4WD system is in the Sequoia but this is a huge no-no in the Jeep. 4WD locks the center diff so unless it's slippery out, this is a bad idea.

On the 4Runner, at least the 4G, it could be left in 4Hi full-time. My dad's 2003 V6 SR5 was driven that way the majority of the time.
Their 2005 V8 Limited was full-time 4WD

Manual does not say not to drive in 4WD.■Shifting between 2WD and 4H

●Reduce your speed to less than 62 mph (100 km/h) and set the front

wheel drive control switch between 2WD and 4H.

When the ambient temperature is 5.0°F (-15°C) or lower, shifting from

2WD to 4H cannot be performed with the vehicle speed above 43 mph (70

km/h).

●If the 4HI indicator does not go off when you shift from 4H to 2WD, drive

straight ahead while accelerating or decelerating, or drive in reverse.

■Four-wheel drive usage frequency

You should drive in four-wheel drive for at least 10 miles (16 km) each

month.

This will assure that the front drive components are lubricated.

■The center differential lock switch can be operated when

●The front wheel drive control switch is in the 4H or 4L position.

●The vehicle speed is less than 62 mph (100 km/h)

■Center differential lock system

●When the front wheel drive control switch is in the 4L position and the

center differential is locked, the VSC is automatically turned off.

●When the front wheel drive control switch is turned to the 2WD position,

the center differential is automatically unlocked.

●If the operation is not completed, the center differential lock indicator

blinks. If the indicator does not go off when unlocking the center differential,

drive straight ahead while accelerating or decelerating, or drive in

reverse.

Looks like you have a lock on demand center diff, you're good to go as long as you don't lock it while driving.

I have a slew of 2006 19v Ingersoll Rand drills, ratchets & impacts. The batteries are discontinued (I have 7) and the impacts are only 360lb tq and don't budge the lugs on the Sequoia, I want to keep it in the truck for emergencies if a tire goes flat.

I figured it was time for new tools (starting with the impact) I'll slowly get the drill, saw, etc as I need them (I have an IR pneumatic saw)

I can't believe I relied on air compressors for years.

I like Dewalt cordless tools, but I went Bosch for the impact (I don't think that Dewalt was on the market at the time). This one specifically:

Amazon Amazon

I've yet to find a fastener that it couldn't break loose.

Same, I'm getting rid of my air compressors. Even going to cordless nail guns over time. I went Rigid for my impact because I'm in their battery system but same result, it buzzes off anything I give it. Turns an hour or two of spraying shit and swearing into 15 seconds of noise.

I fixed my compressor last year but won't when it dies again.

I like Bosch, I did the comparisons, and finding the kit under 300 made the decision easy.

I've only got a little pancake compressor that mainly gets used for the blower & filling tires.
I think my drill & impact driver are Bosch & they've been fantastic, should probably look into an impact & 'air' ratchet in their product line.

I got mine refurb'd for ~$200 with hard case and 5ah batteries - it was a steal in comparison to what the bare tool costs new.

That is close to theft two 5ah batteries are more.

I'm leery of refurb power tools, I have been burned. Also there is a huge knockoff market on these things, the eBay seller is their distributor & Amazon can be held accountable.

Both batteries have a 2021 date code so that's cool. The driver is oot for delivery! I'm excited, have not had a new power tool in a while.

Estimated deliveryThursday, August 26 between 1:30 P.M. - 4:30 P.M.

I lived in So Cal from 1976-2004. My Brother finally paid off the house he lived in for a decade free (only paid the taxes) that are huuuge.

Interestingly, I was looking at the apartment in Manhattan I grew up in that my parents sold in the '80s for 700k. It is now 1.8m & has a 3200 a month "maintenance" that includes utilities.

Well 6 is bigger than 5 so it makes sense that the 6 is bigger. That's how this works right? I mean unless they're Tesla batteries in which case the 10 would be smaller than the 2 for no reason other than Elon and Munro said they would be.

Quick Reply: Tundra 86'd for an 86 which was 86'd for a Sequoia
