You don't catch Elise's around here often, but they are cool, little cars. Ethan's is no different, such a good looking car.

Shame about the battery, though.

Nice ride. We just had an 05 traded in for a TL-SHAWD 6MT. The Elise is an absolutely amazing vehicle. I have officially been banned from putting a dealer plate on it and leaving the property

Just ordered a front splitter

Can someone tell me what catch cans are for? Is this an aftermarket item on the Elise?

Catch cans usually go inline between the PCV and the intake manifold. They catch all the oil that gets pushed out of the PCV and holds it in the tank instead of going back into the intake and getting burnt off. It keeps the intake system cleaner.

Theyre a universal part. You just need a mounting location. Its really easy to install in most engine bays, but Im not sure how much room you'll have to do it in the Elise.

Wow, gorgeous!
What do these cars run used like this? I don't know them well enough to even know that car is 5 years old...still looks amazing. From what I've read, they ARE THE driver's car.

More pics if you get a chance please.

Edit - Geez, looks like you are low enough to fit under that truck to your right in the pic. Waiting on pics of Fast and Furious style going under a semi

Its funny the comments I get from friends and others.

They immediately think that I make all this money. They just dont know how affordable this car really is.

On the way to Cars and Coffee I was in the left lane of the tollway and a fucking plastic red gas can came out of nowhere and hit the car next to me which rifled it into the center median and into the front of me knocking out my grills.

My wife and I were like AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!....

gotta find some grills now.

Wow...that IS affordable. I mean, still a huge chunk of change, but for what most would consider an "exotic", that is financially viable for a lot of people, I'm sure.

BTW, I hate when people use that "must be nice" bs on me. Granted, its not in the same context, but its still bs. They dont look at the big picture. All they see is a two seater sports car

I get that all the time when I'm driving my Astro... I usually reply, "for $500 it's really damn nice!"

Sorry to hear about your mishap, Ethan. I understand the feeling better than you would think.

I could not see daily driving an Elise in the winter around here. It's too light! I get away with driving my CTS-V only because of winter tires and because the car is 4300 pounds, as much as an SUV.

God damn I want one. Just checked craigslist - hell yeah they're pretty affordable, cheaper than what you'd think at least. I don't know why but I really want one in BRG.

I see some Asian guy driving an Exige sometimes around my way. To think that could be me

Looks like this car is going to be a love/hate thing with you. First the battery, then the vent, now the grill.

Damn.
