They are terrible just like what JB said.
Yep. I just call my dad for info. For example:

Did you guys know about the "hold" feature? Press your brake in really hard and it will hold the car with brakes on in a semi neutral state. It keeps you from having to hold your foot on the brake when stopped.

This might be a known feature, even on other cars, but I didn't know until he told me. Great!

Haha, every time I go looking for Acura information on Google, I get brought back here and find the answer.

Im late to the party, but nice pickup! Post up some output pics. And good choice going with the Morimoto stuff from TRS. I have the Morimoto ballasts as well as the DDM Raptor and slim kit, and the build quality on the Morimotos blows the DDM stuff out of the water.

:noob: lol. Of course. Btw I am sure you already know by now... If the car is on hill, it won't allow you to use the "hold" option.

And, also you don't always have to press the "park" button to park it. Either shutting your car, or opening the door automatically puts the car on park for you.

O/T... JB, is it okay to start a thread just for the mb owners? If I can, can I title it to" the official mb members thread?" I noticed we do have quite of mb owners here in az. It would be nice for us to have a thread to talk about anything related it to mb... Plus, you are one of us.

I am not sure either... Even Mb memebers were wondering about that issue as well.

thats sad no hid on such an expensive car, im car shopping right now its funny how they make so many diff versions of the same model just for small upgrades like the 7 in touch screens or power sunroof. Somethings should just be standard after a certain price. After interest on car payments everyones gettin raped dry and you cant even get a fully loaded model

Sorry, I'm typically not online on the weekend. But yes, that's fine. Technically mods/admins are supposed to be the only ones to use "official" in a title (change that was implemented a little while ago b/c everyone was calling every topic official), so I'll start the discusion thread. I think there is a large enough MB representation in Car Talk where that topic would have enough traffic...

It's really not a big deal. Most high end cars are so à la carte with their options anyway, so it's not like MB is the only one who does this. The lower end cars have it standard as a perk... but the higher end cars typically have it as a package. I'm also willing to get more people get those packages then not, which is why it's not a big deal to the car companies. When someone is dropping $60k or more on a car, they figure the buyer will lay out a few more $k for options like that.
