Spy Shots of BMW 6 Coupe

These were taken in Italy:

Looks like the rear will take some elements from the 7 series but the rear lights will look more like those of the new Z4 car. The car will be presented to the public end of 2003 or beginning of 2004 depending on how these tests go.

I like it.
I agree with Z that the cladding is hard to see through.
But if it looks like that with all kinds of bulby plastic on it, imagine what its going to look like when they are done.

The only thing that would ruin it would be one of those folds in the body work that swoops down as it goes back rather than up, like on the Z4 pics.

Talking about the Z4, I hear BMW is having trouble getting enough electric tops due to vendor problems.

Looks like a 350Z from the rear, but who knows what it will look like in 2004. Only time will tell...

I think it looks hot as Shiznits. It would probably cost way out of my league tho.

I wonder if the 380HP, 3 liter biturbo engine will be used for the 6 series. That would be interesting to see in the 6 series.

i dont think the taillights look like the final product, it could be done to throw off competitors or hide the final design

lets hope so.
