Making my first off road adventure tomorrow morning with another 2013 Jeeper. I'll post pics and the gopro video when I get back.

Yes, the thing is a beast. The AEV rep drove from Michigan. Here's a vid of one of their Hemi JKUs on the racetrack and at Moab.

Haha, unfortunately, it hasn't rained here a lot so there wasn't much to get dirty in.

I'll try better next time. Probably going to do another trail next month. But, in the meanwhile, I'm probably going to put in another order for more parts!

when i saw your first pic i was thinking that color doesnt look that great, but the next pics with the new wheels, WOW what a difference those wheels make.

I'm loving your jeep. I've never been found of SUV, but this jeep looks like a fun toy!

Shit that jeep would be so much fun offroading out here on the beach or on mountain trails. Nice pick up brah.

Went out with a buddy to play in the mud.

I'm starting to get an itch to go with 35" tires and thin fender flares... 33s are starting to look too small for me and I want to go higher with my lift. I really shouldn't open that can of worms.

Order a bunch of parts from Quadratec's tent sale and probably buying a Poison Spyder rear bumper soon.

I'll post more pics once everything is installed

Using a Jeep as intended

Never knew how fun mudding and rock crawling could be until I actually experienced it.

Wow I wish there were awesome places like those to off road near me. Cops blocked off the last decent trail I know of.

Jeep is looking great

I did the pink jeep tour in Sedona AZ and that was simply awesome, we were doing 60 degree angles up and down cliffs and rocks.

Poison Spyder Rock Brawler rear bumper with shackles and led back up lights. I'm going to test fit everything this weekend and send it off to be powdercoated next week.

Sucker is pretty damn heavy at 65lbs. Rear bumper with tire carriers weigh ~150lbs... I can't imagine all that extra weight.

Here are some minor updates:

Grille

Fuel door and taillight guards

Here's a teaser. Unfortunately running into fit issues with the bumper and tow hitch. Going to grind some of it down and hopefully get it to the powder coater this week.

I was about to say, that might be the first mod on your JK that I'm not a big fan of, but skimming ≠ reading comprehension.

Powdercoating it black? You're moving along quite nicely, keep it coming!

Yup, going to try to match the powder coat from the front bumper.

Yeah, not a pretty sight with it being bare steel, it'll look much better after it gets pc'ed

this is what it'll look like (minus the tire carrier)

Just wondering...why not get a half roof? I think that looks awesome!

I didn't even realize this thread...I know we spoke about this Jeep, I didn't know you ended up going this route!
