Yeah, I think that's what I'm going to do. Those Rigid LEDs are sick as fogs, just one light produces 1568 lumens. I have the chinese knocks offs on my a pillar and they're 1580 lumens and bright as hell. I'm probably going to upgrade my 10" led bar to a Rigid (3200 lumens) and place it above my winch fairlead:

Finally painted and mounted all of my stuff.

My buddy ordered 37s and had them delivered to my house... words cannot describe how awesome and big they are:

35s duratracs vs 37s MTRs

I'm probably going to buy the PSC fenders. My buddy has the narrows and been debating between narrows and standard width. Probably going standard.

Yea...I keep forgetting that. Here is a fairly recent pic of mine parked next to a stock one. It's amazing what 2.25 of lift will do.

I still don't want to go crazy with it, but I have found grill guard I want and some other skid plates, sliders, etc from 4XG. I think the grill painted body color with some driving lights would look pretty killer. Ideally I'd like to get a roof rack with a full size spare/high lift jack/other goodies, etc. I need to get the damn windows tinted. It's like driving a fishbowl compared to the Miata. I don't want to mess with the engine much. I've put Magnaflow mufflers on it and it really sounds sweet....nice and subtle. As far as intake and tuners, I don't think I'll go down that road...It rides/sounds/drives very nice as it is.

I need to get it dirty soon...I'm chomping at the bit.

Get the fenders. Get the 37s. Get a bigger garage.

Make us all want your jeep more than we already do.

I have been on AZ forever and my checking account shows it

Wow that lift does wonders. Didn't you also go with bigger tires? Are you still looking at the AEV pintlers? I like the mods on your to do list. I'd recommend skids and sliders first, especially if you're going to be wheeling. Are there any good trails around you?

Those 37s are just mean. I'm not going to open that can of worms. My buddy dropped a good $1500 in steering components just to be safe with the 37s. I'm telling him that he needs to go up to a 3.5" lift. Unfortunately my 35s only measure up to 33.5", where his MTRs measure up to 36.5" I'm probably going with those tires once it's time to change. They outperform my current tires and they have kevlar reinforced sidewalls.

When I had my TSX, I was good about stopping myself with a modest build. But I've gone full retard on the Jeep. I normally keep track of my build costs... but knew I didn't want to keep that evidence for the wifey to find.

I'm going to order the fenders today... thankfully my neighbor is in line to buy my current fenders.

There are a couple of off road parks that are close enough to make a day trip out of. I'm really anxious to see what she'll do, I've heard for their size they are very capable, esp with the auto front and rear lockers. I went with Open Country ATIIs (265/65/18 ~ 31.5).

Ahhh...the Pintlers. I love those wheels. I think down the road I'll likely switch to them to get a beefier tire underneath it. Right now with the stock 18's I'm very limited to what I can buy....although it does look great with the setup on it now, so I'm torn. I could still only get a 31.5 on there, but at least I'd have a little more sidewall, width and more options. With the spacers and everything now, it does look very slightly aggressive, and I like that. ( I just saw in my Jeep thread you posted a link for the used Pintlers for $500...that we're less than 5 miles from my home. Dammit.)

@ full retard.

Nice, yeah those front and rear lockers will come in handy. What kind of trails are near you? Flat? Hilly and rocky? 31.5 gives you some pretty good clearance. I can't remember, but did you also have a lift?

I really wish I got a rubicon... definitely would've saved me some money with my build. My next Jeep will definitely be a rubi (gears/lockers/4:1 transfer).

Yea, I've got a 2.25" lift.

Near me is the Bridgeport Offroad Park. I think it's around 300 acres.

Spent yesterday at the 5th annual Topless for Tatas event at Rausch Creek. I was in the back of my trail group, so I didn't get many good pictures.

I always look for these on CL...and always want to pull the trigger...but the mpg always makes me stop.

I currently have a 97 Laredo thats been out of commission for the last couple week with a coolant leak. Havent had time to get it fixed.

Went on our last trip to RC for the season. My current springs are sagging and I think I'm going to go with a higher lift (dual rated springs with longer shocks). I'm debating about 37s, I'd like my diffs to be a little higher off the ground or at least get a more aggressive tire (goodyear MTRs).

So I went up to 37s today Ended up swapping out my lift for the RK triple rated 2.5" spring and went with longer bilstein 5100 shocks (gained an extra inch).

Also beefed up my front axle with a truss, ball joints, and upgraded front axle shafts to handle the 37s. Got a high tuck axle back exhaust, my stock exhaust was getting bashed to hell and was heavy as sin.
