saw a new Caliber today
I saw the first Dodge Caliber today on the road. it's the car that replaced the Neon.
here's my take on it: It's a improvement from the Neon. It's not as cheesey with the round little headlights. However it's not as solid built looking as a Nissan,Honda or Toyota.
share thoughts on the caliber if you want.

IMHO, DC vehicles are some of the best looking vehicles on the road.

Kilroy: My dad works at Honda he said he saw the "first build" of the 08 Accord and he said they are kind of similar to the new Civic just bigger. personally the new civics are "so-so" on me. I've seen better and I've seen worse(like the 03-05 Accords ) but maybe they'll do a few things to make it more exciting

Three Wheelin'
caliber looks to be a hot product - hatchback convenience without hatchback looks - very brawny and muscular looking piece which I like. If I was in the market for a cheap versatile city runabout, I'd give it a look-see.
My opinions on Honda vehicles of late: AWESOME. Ridgeline looks good in my book, distinctive. Civic is beautiful - even the sedans have a nice coupe like profile, and coupes are distinctive. My complaints lie with the Accord restyling - it now looks like its two seperate cars welded together or something, and has lost the "flow" of the 03-05 models. Also, the pilot is particularly "exciting".
And of course, the s2000 is timeless

(probably dad would lose his job) however he said it looks like a mix between current civic and the new 07 Camry
the 07 Accord will be the same as 06.
Now about the 07 or sometime soon TL this is what I'm hearing(rumors) SH-AWD system will be offered as an option. kind of like the Lexus IS chasis has the option of AWD.
now I think they'll bump the 3.2 to a 3.5 to help move the weight of the SH-AWD system. because I don't think the 3.2 will be enough for it.

I just priced a Caliber at Dodge's website. I hate required options. If you want auto, you have to get the 2.0 instead of the 1.8. Also a/c is separate but they give you a heater. Came out with an MSRP of $16k. For that I pay a little more and get a bigger and more loaded Mazda5.
