reason there are 2 there was when I caught a ride from my co-worker to pick the van back up from Pompano.
I had to leave the S2000 there since then.
Which worked out PERFECTLY to sell the Van to someone that works in my yard
I'm like dammit woman, you don't understand! Look what happened to the last
girl that made me get rid of this car!
She just loves the Audi but she doesn't understand finances very well. She just
thinks magically a lightly used Van shows up and somehow it's paid for and insurance
is covered...
Lucky she is amazing mother and partner

if you have a bad relationship with money, one might say.
but...she's learning and she's teaching me how to be more patient with kids and understand myself better.
Pretty fair trade.

Brother, let's just say we are on opposite sides of the spectrum when it comes to being strict with kids and how to manage money.
With that said, the important part is we both see the value of the middle ground we are both pulling each other toward.

@SamDoe1 I have an unfair advantage since I'm not married and she knows I knows how to handle mine.
LOL...I didn't have this much free reign when I was married...more disposable income and a concrete pad on the side of the house
and driveway to accommodate 10 cars. Was really being held back

Mine won't let me store cars on the driveway otherwise I'd have 5 more by now.
That said she's probably right on not keeping cars outside given that it's now -5F outside right now and we're supposed to get a foot of snow tomorrow.

even with all my dumbfuckery with cars I can assure you guys I am NOT being financially irresponsible.
I have too many people counting on me for that shit. If it was the important shit or cars I'd be rockin a
slammed bouncy fart can exhaust 93 corolla with pride.

FWIW, I'm not deprived or anything it's just that I can't just buy something and hope she doesn't notice. Most of the time she doesn't care. We both make a good living (for the country) and live in a low COL area so it's not like we're hurting for cash.
Good to hear. At the end of the day, all of the cars you have (though all really nice and desirable) are not expensive cars anymore and that's the smart way to do it and get it after depreciation hits.

when I first started dating her she thought it was a yellow civic...she's like but why.
Then I took her on an adventure in it...she was like you're never selling this.
Then I taught her manual on it and let her do donuts on Daytona Beach...
shit, the yellow banana hammock stays!

Let's see:
organized
financially on on point
raise well behaved children
super high expectations of themselves and others
good at math
pretty good at math if nobody else on the road and no curbs
super fast and good at martial arts
strong
disciplined
Where's the downside?
I basically just described a Swiss.
I guess it could apply to an Asian as well

something finally broke...
didn't leave me stranded though
blown b&o door speaker...turns out the FL heat got to the rubber surround...
picked up a used one on ebay for 40 bones...for 70 I could have had a new one butt fuck it.
I'll give this a whirl...
I love how this thing goes together and comes apart...5 screws and a few hidden panels and
literally ONE cable and plug to undue...not even one broken clip.
