It literally is an in-between version of the base and z06.
I'd say you made the right move. If I spent more time researching the Heads fix and found a car with them replaced, I probably would have gone with a Z. They are the same price as a GS at this point.

Well, Yukon is likely headed back to the original owner. It was fun cleaning it up but with it not replacing the 2015 Burban, we really don't need 2 of those.
and yes, I have a problem. I have been saying that this was the ONLY car I still was after...the one that got away.
It's been a bit neglected but it has the right amount of pedals and it's sonic blue which is fairly rare to find.
Had to do it...goal is to downsize the fleet to vehicles I love driving and that's it.

Tough to say, my Dad loves the Merc...
it's been a solid ride...and it's quiet and smooth so I'm not sure I'm ready to let go yet.
I have 7 plate credits with the state so I was only really hard pressed to get rid of one.
Same, but it's for a good reason.
LOL, it's off roading, it has a black gas cap, it has black wheels...yuck. I don't love all the angles or pics yet.

Congrats! Gorgeous colour, and a manual wagon is always a score. Does it have that brushed aluminum style shifter? I cross-shopped Volvos of this era when replacing one of the Accords - I remember the seats feeling really plush.
Not sure what plate credits are but 7 sounds like a lot of them
FTFY. Hope you don't plan on stopping updates for us soon. I enjoy keeping up with what's the latest in the barn

Plate credits are plates I have currently registered with the State. Basically it's a $225 fee every time you get another plate...but you avoid that
fee once you have it. So if I have 7 plates, I can cheaply have 7 cars (cheap within reason, insurance and registration).
Spaceball shifter! Yes sir, the gauges, the low wide rear end, the headlights and grill surround...all reasons I fell in love with the "R" wagon years ago when I still had
my CTS-V Wagon. I had a guy pull up in one of these, he had spent 10% of what I had for his, his made all the turbo noises and was manual and I thought to myself,
ONE DAY I WILL HAVE THAT. The R seats are super plush, unfortunately someone removed them becasue of wear and tears and replaced with base black interior V70
seats and carpet. The darker is nice but they aren't in great condition...so I'll eventually happen upon a set of front seats from a proper R with the correct seat airbag sensor
and I'll jump on it. Atacama (the orange brown) would be my dream.
