Isn't that Lambo one of Jon Olsson's? He had a pretty killer RS6 that recently got burned and destroyed and had an R8 with a roofbox as well. All of his cars have B&W Camo with roof boxes.
Yeah if the rack ain't getting any use, ditch it. Especially since its kind of like the silly scene thing to do now for whatever reason (get a rack for the aesthetics and never use it).
Then there's the flipside like this crazy dude that has had ski racks on a number of Lambos:
(Not gonna lie I'd fap to that Gallardo though ...)

WOW that lambo is amazing. I had seen the R8 with the ski box on the top and thought it was crazy, but hadn't seen that lambo!!
Congrats on the HIC...got mine on this weekend too
Looking good, man...
I love the fact that it's a car that isn't supposed to be utilitarian but is with the rack on it...do they sell a bin for the rack? Like...for home depot runs, throwing the christmas tree o nthere...might make it a reason to hang onto it.
The car hasn't really been driven lately since I always have my pup with me and he's not allowed in it
But I spent a little time washing it this past weekend since it was so dirty. My aspecs were a completely different color after I cleaned my rims; you don't notice it but those brembo pads really dust a lot.
There are some major life changes I am going through right now. Its kind of a personal matter. I don't want to sell the car at all, especially after all the work and money I put into it in the last 6 months...it hurts a lot. I'm only thinking about selling it in order to cover some unexpected costs and live a little more stress free for a while. I know there are alternatives, but being that this is my biggest asset and is paid off, it would make it a lot easier. While I love the car and always have, I am trying to recognize the bigger picture.
I have two other cars right now, an 01 celica and an 07 Corolla (not the same as my old red one which was an 03, I wrecked it in Nov 2014). Originall the Corolla was bought for resale to make a few bucks, but its a pretty clean car with low miles that I could get some good miles out of for a while. Corollas are great for what they are. I am holding onto it to see if the TL sells and if it does I'll keep it. The celica is for sale too.
Thanks everyone for your concerns. Its not a life or death situation, but a situation nonetheless.
In any event, I've listed it for sale in the BM for $16,900 and am willing to entertain offers eventually. I've also toyed with the idea of parting it out some but would love to see it go to another member like my first 6MT. I sold my last one for close tow hat I am asking, with 130k miles. But it was also year and a half ago.
I haven't advertised it anywhere else except here on the forum in hopes of it going to an enthusiast. I have someone who seems very interested in the car as it sits with all current mods. This is an ideal situation for me as I really didnt want to part it out because 1. I think its perfect. and 2. Its fucking cold outside now
I received a deposit today so as of right now the car is pending sale. He should be flying out here from out of state to drive it back sometime late next week.
Parked the car in the carport this morning due to impending snowstorm. I wanted to drive it this week, just to get some more time with it before its gone. After getting in it today I decided to just leave it in the carport and not touch it. If I continue to drive it I really honestly may change my mind about letting it go....boys and their toys i guess...
So we got hit with 2.5 feet of snow or some crazy shit like that. Had the TL in the carport so here's the extent of my snow pics.
I later shoveled the carport and moved the car forward a few feet to avoid snow coming down on the back of it from the roof.
She's not being driven
Since I've been home snowed in I did a little Amazon prime shopping. Got a pioneer Bluetooth head unit for the Corolla along with a single din stereo kit and window visors. I also won a viper remote start and alarm kit at my work holiday party so that will probably also go in. You can see the Corolla in the last pic
