Are there any other tuners available that let you flash from home or at a shop nearby? Unitronic lets you flash from home. APR dealers are pretty common and I think there's a UM dealer down there as well.

If I had gotten a lower mileage and better color (ie white...saw one lowered the other day ) I would say fuck it and tune and drop.
